Already experiencing strong momentum, the team has secured key client partnerships and continues to expand. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth division, work alongside an experienced producer, and help build the business from the ground up with the backing of an established firm. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to expand into full desk recruiting, business development, or leadership. What You’ll Do Recruit contract/perm professionals across a variety of industries Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process (No BD) Build and maintain talent pipelines Partner closely with the sales team to support an expanding client base Play a key role in helping scale a rapidly growing division Property Management Nonprofit Accounting & Finance Retail Professional Services Entertainment Compensation Additional GP incentives Flexibility for top-performing candidates Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite) 8am-6pm Strong mentorship and clear career progression They’re Looking For 1+ years of agency recruiting experience Contract staffing experience preferred (perm recruiters also encouraged to apply) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset Desire to grow!
