Radiation Oncology Locums Job in Colorado Monday - Friday July 20 - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
July 20 - July 24
Ongoing coverage TBD; would mostly be vacation coverage
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days standard; 30 days for temps
Shift Details
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
No weekend coverage
No call requirements
Requirements
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Active Colorado license or IMLC (will consider non-licensed providers if willing to obtain)
Active DEA - highly preferred (transferred DEA accepted if maintained for duration of assignment)
Required Procedures/Skills
Review offline review documents
Supervise treatment including SRS and SBRT
CT simulation
Verification simulation
See OTV patients
Consults and follow-ups
Assignment Details
Outpatient setting; no trauma
Average daily volume: 16-20 patients on treatment
Average 8 consults per week and 5-6 simulations per week
Case mix includes breast, prostate, lung, CNS, GI, GU, and palliative
EMR: Epic, Aria
Treatment planning system: Eclipse
Equipment: Varian TrueBeam
Support staff: LPN, MA, and dedicated radiation RN
