Monday-Friday
8:00a-4:30p
30-minute unpaid lunch
No trauma coverage

Required Licenses & CertificationsRequired

Board Certified Radiation Oncology

Highly Preferred

Active Colorado License
Active DEA

Licensing Notes

Colorado license or IMLC required for coverage
DEA required for credentialing
Transferred DEA accepted but must remain active for the entire assignment duration

Clinical Responsibilities

Review offline treatment documents
Supervise radiation treatments
Conduct:
- Consultations
- Follow-up visits
- On-Treatment Visits (OTVs)
- CT Simulations
- Verification Simulations
Supervise advanced treatment modalities including:
- SRS
- SBRT
Contouring required only for patients personally evaluated by the locum physician

EMR Training RequirementsRequired Prior to Start

Credentialing application completion
Active Directory (AD) account creation
- May take up to 5 days
EMR Learning Modules
Virtual Epic TrainingImportant
- Modules must be completed before virtual training can be attended
- Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to start date
- Site will not release first-day details until all EMR requirements are completed
