Sr. Product Manager - Credit, Compliance & Fraud

Overview

NCC is building the next generation of credit, compliance, and fraud capabilities for automotive retail and is seeking an innovative product manager to lead our effort. This role sits at the center of that transformation.

You’ll own and drive key initiatives across:

• Strategic credit bureau relationships
• New product innovation
• AI-driven insights and decisioning
• Expansion of NCC’s platform and offerings

This is a hands-on, senio r-level role for a true builder-operator — someone who takes ownership end-to-end, engages directly and frequently with dealers (including on-site at the dealership) , translates insights into clear requirements, and drives measurable impact across revenue, product innovation, and competitive positioning.

What You’ll Own

• Ownership of NCC’s credit, compliance, and fraud product roadmap
• Identify, validate, and launch new offerings that create meaningful differentiation and dealer value
• Own bureau relationships and position strategic foundation for innovation and differentiation
• Maintain a continuous view of the market, competitive landscape, and emerging offerings to inform strategy and strengthen positioning
• Drive the transition from raw data to intelligence-driven products and insights

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain a clear, forward-looking product roadmap aligned to business goals
• Identify new product opportunities through customer discovery, market analysis, and data insights
• Maintain a strong, ongoing view of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging offerings to inform product positioning and strategy
• Meet with dealers regularly, including on-site at dealerships, to understand their workflows, uncover pain points, and validate concept s before scaling
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation → validation → build → launch → iteration
• Use AI throughout the product process, from discovery and analysis to prototyping, and identify where AI can unlock new value for dealers and lenders
• Partner with product and engineering teams to build scalable, high-impact data products
• Collaborate closely with the Complete Credit SaaS Product Manager, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify, shape, and bring new opportunities to market
• Work closely with sales to ensure strong product-market fit and commercialization
• Define and drive pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for new offerings
• Continuously evaluate performance and refine the roadmap based on adoption, usage, and revenue impact

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10+ years in product management of credit, compliance, fraud, or related data products
• Experience building or managing decisioning platforms, risk -driven solutions, or similar products
• Experience working with consumer credit, fraud, identity, or risk-related data sets
• Automotive retail experience, ideally working directly with or inside dealerships, with a solid understanding of day-to-day dealer operations
• Understanding of the lender environment and how credit shapes a dealer's operations, from desking and F&I to lender approvals and funding
• Familiarity with third-party and proprietary data sources and how to translate them into product value
• Proven ability to take products from concept → validation → launch → scale
• Strong commercial instincts—understands how products drive revenue, adoption, and differentiation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, build-oriented environment
• Willing to travel regularly to meet with dealers on-site
• Hands-on AI experience: uses AI tools in your own day-to-day work, has built or shipped products with AI capabilities, and has a clear point of view on where AI creates new product opportunitie s
