Clinical Manager – Outpatient Urology PracticePennsylvania $35–$42/hour DOE Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM –4:30/5:00 PM A busy outpatient urology practice is seeking an experiencedClinical Manager (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations in a fast-paced office environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing both in-office clinical staff and remote triage nurses while ensuring efficient patient flow, quality patient care, and smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:Supervise and support in-office floor nurses and remote triage nursesOversee daily clinical operations and patient flowManage staff scheduling and coverageMonitor clinical workflows and ensure operational efficiencyMaintain medical and office supply inventoryEnsure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsCollaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient careAssist with staff training, performance management, and process improvement initiativesRequirements:Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN licenseRegistered Nurse (RN) requiredPrior clinical leadership or management experienceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient settingUrology experience preferredOutpatient practice management experience preferredPerks & Benefits:No weekends No holidays Excellent work-life balance Stable Monday–Friday schedule Collaborative team environment
