Clinical Support Nurse

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support quality improvement and care coordination initiatives, the full-time Kansas Licensed Clinical Quality Nurse will serve as a clinical liaison, collaborating with providers and internal teams to enhance quality outcomes, while working remotely, hybrid, or onsite. Key responsibilities Support clinical quality improvement and value-based care initiatives by partnering with providers to enhance quality outcomes Provide clinical expertise related to quality measurement, including HEDIS metrics and performance improvement activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and educational needs related to quality measurement and clinical performance Required qualifications Current unrestricted Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's in nursing or health-related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of RN clinical experience required Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical quality improvement or quality measurement activities preferred Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required within two years of hire
