Labor & Employment Associate

Location: Washington, D.C. / Baltimore, MD Basic Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 + bonus and benefits (DOE) A well-established and highly respected law firm is looking to add a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate with 3–7 years of experience to its Baltimore office. The firm has a strong reputation for handling sophisticated litigation and providing practical legal advice to businesses and employers. Its Labor & Employment practice works with clients across a range of industries on complex workplace disputes, employment litigation and day-to-day employment matters. The Role: Represent employers in Labor & Employment litigation and disputes Advise clients on day-to-day employment matters and workplace issues Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage & hour Work closely with senior attorneys and have meaningful client exposure Take increasing responsibility for managing matters and client relationships Requirements: 3–7 years of Labor & Employment experience Management-side experience preferred Strong research, writing and analytical skills Excellent communication and client management abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Admission in the relevant jurisdiction Competitive compensation Sophisticated L&E work and strong client exposure Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Long-term career progression within a respected firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Eden Rose USA
