The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seeks a Regulatory Counsel (Ombudsman) to serve in a Title 21, GS-14 equivalent role. The position emphasizes independent mediation, regulatory oversight, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes affecting regulated products. Candidates must have a law degree (J.D. or LL.M.) and substantial regulatory experience, including interpretation of laws and development of regulations.
