Job DetailsThe Patient Services Associate (PSA) II enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department. Obtains pre certifications and/or pre authorizations for procedures, verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.Other duties as requested or assigned.Minimum QualificationsHS Diploma or equivalent required.Must be able to communicate courteously with patients and/or visitors. Willingness to provide and support a positive Jefferson Experience for all patients and/or visitors. Ability to process and interpret data.
