Job Description
Performs diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support functions. Provides administrative support by using supplied office equipment and/or software.
Preparing routine letters and memoranda for the supervisor's review; scheduling appointments; coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepares required/requested reports by gathering and summarizing data using office equipment and software to manipulate the data, producing graphics and spreadsheets, as required.
Contributes to the efficiency of the area by organizing and expediting the flow of work to appropriate staff members.
Provides support by screening and routing mail, visitors, and telephone calls.
Maintains inventory for the area by monitoring supplies and anticipating needs; taking/placing orders and verifying receipt and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
Contributes to the efficiency of the operation by performing other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
Organizing Presentation Development Researching Prioritization Calendar Management Customer Needs Office Administration Experience: 2 4 years experience required.

Additional Job Responsibilities
Will put on hold and SL on 9/28 at 4pm Position Title: Administrative Assist II
Position Location: F4XECN ECN Capital Corp Worsham Office (Philadelphia) Provide locations/flexible work by preference: See above Ability to work remote (If so, there will need additional approvals) : After training (23 days) then 1 day in office and 4 remote after that Acceptable time zone(s): EST Days of the week: MF Working Hours (Flexible): 8:305:30 OT: required when needed Travel: no Intended length of Assignment: 6 mos Reason for open position: Increase in Business Demand

Potential for Contract Extension: Yes
This position is contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available.
Manager will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full time employee. will not sponsor work visas if the decision is made to hire the contingent worker.
Function of the Group: Mitigating Risk Initiatives/Projects: Booking/Financial transactions Industry background: Administrative/Financial transaction exp Team Dynamic: 5 team members and Manager but others that are cross trained to assist Can work independently but aligned with seasoned employee for training

Taking legal docs and specific info off of documents and entering into receivable system accurately High volume work, independent after training Fast paced Ability to stay on task required After training, there are KPIs/deliverable stats Attention to Detail critical Ability to handle complex transactions (loan vs lease) Must Have
