Join our employee-owned team as a Senior Recruiter and play a defining role in shaping PC Construction’s regional growth! In this senior level role, you will lead our proactive talent acquisition strategy and grow our people and culture initiatives. In office presence required: This position requires a full-time, Monday–Friday physical presence in the South Burlington, VT office to collaborate with the team and support executives. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and pipelining top‑tier construction talent for our expanding Northern regions. In this role, you’ll lead the talent acquisition and recruitment process for our Northern regions, building and facilities projects, and core departments, collaborating closely with the recruiting and human resources team as well as hiring managers. You will implement effective recruiting strategies, guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience before their first day. We’re looking for someone with a passion for full‑cycle, hands‑on recruitment and a positive attitude, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment while partnering with our collaborative and supportive HR team.
