Vascular Access Territory Manager - Atlanta (Field)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Vascular Access Territory Manager to drive sales of medical disposables including IV catheters, PICC lines, and related products across the south Atlanta region. The role focuses on meeting sales quotas, managing customer accounts, and executing marketing initiatives while maintaining existing business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas for vascular access products
• Identify and manage conversion opportunities from prospecting through product ordering and servicing
• Preserve and grow existing customer accounts and relationships
• Execute marketing initiatives and contractual agreements at regional and national levels
• Collaborate with local distributor branches and provide performance reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of healthcare-related sales experience
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and large account management abilities
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience managing internal and external budgets and account prioritization
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Compensation: $125,992 - $210,300 (base salary and sales incentives)
