What You’ll Be Doing As the Food Truck Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our food truck’s success. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the food truck, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service. Team Leadership: Lead and support a small team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile by delivering exceptional service. Inventory and Supplies: Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory to keep the truck running efficiently. Maintaining Standards: Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise with quick thinking and a can-do attitude. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in food service or a similar environment. Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and guide a team to success. Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for creating memorable customer experiences. Organizational Skills: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly. Adaptability: A willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
