Monitors the activities of nursing personnel to ensure quality care that complies with state, federal and corporate standards. Directs the infection prevention and control program and its activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, to ensure that an effective infection prevention and control program is maintained at all times.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrates commitment to company's mission, values and standards of ethical behavior.Models a positive and professional image that emulates the organization's mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with co-workers.
