Industrial Equipment Technician

Location: Youngstown, OH Hours: 2nd Shift — 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Overtime Required) Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure optimal production performance. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Ensure all safety guidelines and company procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Hands-on experience working with pumps, valves, and fluid systems
• Experience with PLCs
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
