This role also involves providing legal support for complex transactions, managing investor relations duties, and monitoring the regulatory landscape for any changes that may impact the business. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, at least 5 years' of experience in investment management or private equity, and a background in fund formation, with a deep understanding of private fund structures.
