About the Role:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility exercises

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

• As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and uplifting environment

• As part of our evening shift, you will work closely with other caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
