Overview Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm with over 60 years of service to corporate, insurance, and individual clients, seeks an Associate Attorney with one to four years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Roseland, New Jersey. Responsibilities Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high‑exposure, complex litigation, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims across numerous industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills and will develop the ability to manage a case from inception through resolution under mentorship. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000. The postulated salary is based on legitimate, non‑discriminatory factors set by the firm.
