Junior Partner or Experienced Associate

Experienced Employment Law Associate Or Junior Partner Bernabei & Kabat, an employment law and civil rights law firm in Washington, D.C., is hiring for a mid-level Associate or Junior Partner with experience in employment law. Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of litigation, from interviewing clients to assisting with trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations. Have extensive client contact, participate in case development and strategy, and serve an integral role in our cases. Encourage professional development by attending seminars and trainings, publication opportunities, and active involvement in professional organizations focused on employment law and civil rights. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation, including demonstrated experience with discovery and motions practice in state and federal courts and the EEOC. Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong academic credentials. Desire to litigate and demonstrated commitment to employment law and civil rights.
