What you'll be doing

• Running needs-based consultations by phone and Zoom
• Presenting the best-fit option from a network of 60+ carriers, not just one company's product
• Managing your own pipeline and activity on your own schedule
• Getting paid weekly on every closed sale
• Optionally building and leading your own team for override income

Income potential

• $800–$1,200 commission per closed sale
• Licensed agents with existing production habits typically ramp faster than new agents — many reach $100,000–$150,000 within their first year here
• Top performers earn $200,000+ once fully established, especially with a team underneath them
• Paid weekly — no monthly draw to wait on
• Performance bonuses and incentive trips available

What your day looks like

Requirements

• Active Life and Health Insurance License required
• U.S. citizen or legal resident, currently living in the U.S.
• Raleigh/Triangle area preferred — fully remote, open to all U.S. locations
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
