Proactively manage and maintain the learning agenda over time to ensure it is up to date and relevant as needs rapidly change over time.Manage top of house governance and OKR reporting activities for the Finance Product & Data Solutions organizationMaintain the online presence for the organization & support top of house communicationsWork on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company, owning end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring milestones are defined with alignment, and met.Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsIdentify ways to improve and streamline business processRole Overview & Core ExpectationsThe Principal Associate Project Manager will bring a proven track record of project management and the organizational agility to adapt to changing demands. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Cambridge, MA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Project ManagerMcLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Project ManagerRichmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
