Assistant Store Manager - Nike Aventura

Store Information Location & Store Type: NIKEAventura, Aventura, FL. Hours: Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Position Overview Behind every great team is a great coach. As Assistant Store Manager, you are referred to as an Assistant Head Coach. You are the face of NIKE, guiding customers toward the best decisions while fostering a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment that celebrates diverse experience and perspective. You will train and empower your team, implement our Service Principles, and represent NIKE’s global culture, brand, colleagues and community. Your leadership ensures customers experience positive moments, feel included, and that the team thrives. Responsibilities Lead a team that keeps all store functions running seamlessly. Ensure your store is staffed by attracting, assessing, and onboarding future teammates. Equip store employees with the tools needed to succeed in their day‑to‑day responsibilities. Lead your store's team and business results – including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership, and management. Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor. Qualifications Four years of customer‑facing retail or hospitality experience. Three years of leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high‑performing teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems. Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations. Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling. Available to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
