Liability Claims Adjuster

Seeking a Missouri Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time remote position will manage a high volume of medical-only workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely communication with injured workers, employers, and medical providers while adhering to statutory and company guidelines. Key responsibilities Reviews new work comp insurance claims and handles minor fast-track indemnity claims under supervision Communicates with stakeholders to gather information, evaluate claims, and confirm coverage and compensability Manages medical treatment coordination, evaluates benefits, and identifies potential fraud throughout the claims process Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of general office experience or equivalent education and experience High school diploma or equivalent required Claims industry experience preferred Working knowledge of medical or insurance terminology preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct business with high ethical standards
