Responsabilidades Claves
- Mantener, diagnosticar y reparar todos los equipos, sistemas e instalaciones del hotel, incluyendo habitaciones de huspedes, reas pblicas y reas de servicio.
- Responder de manera oportuna a las solicitudes de mantenimiento tanto de huspedes como de empleados.
- Apoyar y mejorar los servicios de ingeniera para atender situaciones que afecten la experiencia de los huspedes y las condiciones de trabajo de los asociados.
- Analizar problemas y desarrollar planes de accin para resolverlos con rapidez, incluyendo la adquisicin de materiales, repuestos y la coordinacin de horarios.
- Anticipar y comunicar las necesidades de reposicin e inventario de herramientas, materiales y piezas de repuesto.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estndares de la compaa, las expectativas de calidad y las normativas vigentes.
- Mantener registros precisos de mantenimiento y bitcoras de los trabajos realizados.
- Cumplir con todas las polticas de la empresa, as como con los procedimientos de seguridad; reportar de inmediato accidentes, lesiones y condiciones inseguras.
- Participar en programas de capacitacin en seguridad y promover una cultura de conciencia en seguridad.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los compaeros, apoyando al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.
- Asegurar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean siempre limpios y profesionales.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacin propietaria.
- Realizar otras funciones que sean solicitadas por los supervisores.
Cualificaciones
- Orientado a la hospitalidad
- Debe poseer experiencia en una o ms de las siguientes reas: Aire acondicionado y refrigeracin, electricidad, mecnica, sistemas neumticos/electrnicos y de control, plomera, carpintera y acabados, equipos de cocina y mantenimiento general de edificaciones.
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados.
- Debe poder agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas y estirarse, permanecer de pie entre 2 a 3 horas continuas y levantar hasta 60 libras de peso.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera rpida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presin.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar con un horario flexible, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y das festivos.
- Debe poseer buenas habilidades de comunicacin en espaol e ingls.
