Job Title Regional Sales Manager (REMOTE) Location Foothill Ranch (Territory: Southern California) Department Sales Reports To Sales District Manager Employee Type Full-Time, Exempt Pay Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually plus commission General Job Description Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters, and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, LED Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing. The Regional Sales Manager will build strong relationships with customers, identify solutions to their power conversion or safety testing requirements, and keep the management team informed of strategic planning and performance. This role requires excellent people‑management skills, a focus on sales targets, an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization, and a thorough understanding of Chroma’s products and applications. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan for your region to ensure sales targets are met. Be responsible and accountable for instrument sales targets and for identifying automated test solutions. Target new growth markets and key accounts. Travel regularly to meet with key customers, prospect new accounts, and attend trade/networking events. Perform product demonstrations to customers and prospects, differentiating Chroma products and solutions from competitors. Target, set strategy, and penetrate new key accounts consistently. Use CRM sales database to manage customer information. Follow up with customers on quotes and information. Qualifications 4‑Year college degree; BS in Electrical Engineering highly preferred. Regional sales experience in a power conversion industry highly preferred. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen to articulate and understand customer and internal business requirements. Experience with power conversion products is a strong plus. Skilled in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and preferably Sage CRM. Supervisory Responsibilities This is a non‑supervisory position.
