Technical Support Rep

Salary: $37,440 - 37,440 per year Requirements:

• We require recent technical support experience, ideally in a call center setting.
• We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or a related degree are a plus.
• You should have strong keyboarding skills, accurate data entry ability, and be able to type at least 30–40 words per minute.
• You must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• We value prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• You should be comfortable learning to troubleshoot consumer devices such as cameras, alarm panels, z-Wave devices, and sensors.
• We need someone who can adapt to a fast-moving call center environment and maintain a stable work history.
• You must be able to accommodate the 1pm–10pm schedule with one weekend day, including the initial Monday–Friday 8am–5pm training period.
• You need to be able to commute to our Tulsa, OK location and work onsite.

• We provide over-the-phone technical support to residential and commercial customers with questions or issues related to security and automation equipment.
• We research, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while keeping customer safety in mind.
• We listen carefully, identify the root cause of issues, and respond with clear, effective solutions.
• We handle customer concerns with empathy and maintain a calm, positive experience.
• We use sound judgment and follow company guidelines when resolving customer cases.
• We deliver high-quality service that strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• We support customers troubleshooting security alarm systems, camera equipment, and access control systems in a fast-paced call center environment.
