Arcade Associate

Open availability, especially opening and closing shifts, are preferred. Must hold a High School Diploma or GED to apply. Essential Duties Engage customers to determine whether their needs are met. Maintain inventory levels in amusement games. Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes. Respond responsively, politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests. Answer phone calls for all general inquiries. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Non-Essential Duties Conduct alcohol and age restriction control by company policies. Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies. Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes. Comply and maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment. Work Environment Regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. Noise level is usually loud. Physical Demands Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. Required to use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance. Benefits 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week. 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included). 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week. 50% discount on food items per working shift. 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.
