Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit
• Support and care for patients undergoing both emergent and elective surgical procedures
• Collaborate with nurse assistants and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high standards of professional care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing
• Experience caring for acutely ill adult and post-surgical patient populations
