Physical Therapist (Home Health)

The position involves providing physical therapy services in a home health setting. Candidates should expect to see 4-5 patients per 8-hour day. The role includes regular physical therapy work and completion of documentation within one day of the patient visit. Experience with a diverse range of patients, including those with multiple comorbidities, is necessary. Support is available from supervisors 24/7. Rehabilitation aides are provided to assist with patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance. All required certifications must be current and valid prior to starting the position.
