Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and manage patient conditions effectively. Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes for the Jacksonville community. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas. Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration. Master’s Degree in Nursing Preferred Qualifications Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting strongly preferred.
