First-Shift Process Engineer: Lean, DOE & Growth

Jobot is seeking a Process Engineer to join our growing team in Goodyear, AZ. You will own the plant's primary processes, design and run DoE trials, and drive improvements using lean and operational excellence methods. The ideal candidate has a BS in Chemical Engineering or Physical Sciences, 5+ years in operations or engineering (plastics preferred), and experience with data-driven problem solving and SAP ERP.
