Digital Content Writer

One America News (OAN), a leading voice in national news, is looking for a Digital Content Writer to join our in-house editorial team in San Diego . If you have a passion for breaking news, current events, and political coverage—and you know how to write fast, clean, and compelling digital content—we want to hear from you. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in San Diego, CA, for a Digital Content Writer. The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for creating and managing web content, conducting research, writing articles, and proofreading. The role also involves staying updated with the latest news and working closely with the editorial team to ensure high-quality content for the network's digital platforms. As a Digital Content Writer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to have your articles published across all of our platforms — reaching over 8 million followers across social media, web, and app. What You'll Do: Write timely and engaging news articles across topics including politics, world news, and national affairs Publish and optimize stories for OANN.com Monitor breaking news, trending topics, and key developments across media Help shape headlines and content that speak to our audience Qualifications Skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Proofreading Strong written and editorial skills with a sharp news sense Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with current events and news topics Familiarity with AP style Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field is a plus Bonus Points If You Have: Background in conservative media or political reporting Experience with WordPress Application Instructions Apply now via LinkedIn or email your resume and writing samples to View email address on click.appcast.io Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at One America News Network by 2x.
