Physical Therapist - Outpatient & Inpatient Setting in International Falls, MN

Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota Physical Therapist license, BLS (within 1 year)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in health-related field, familiarity with electronic medical records (prefer Epic)
Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 based on experience
Pay package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Assist with occasional SNF and Home Health care needs
- Document patient progress using Epic electronic medical records
- Collaborate within a dedicated healthcare team focused on quality care
- Contribute to community health initiatives and patient education
- Uphold all safety and documentation protocols
What You Need
- Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 1 year of hire)
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient rehab settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
