Customer Business Manager II

We’re looking for a retail expert to help leading brands grow faster than the category and retailer. In this role, you’ll own client execution strategies , build strong relationships, and drive growth through insights, effective selling, and flawless execution. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain strong client and retailer relationships. Present strategic plans to boost brand activation and promotion. Execute sales, share, distribution, pricing, and merchandising strategies. Communicate insights and opportunities to clients and internal teams. Use CROSSVIEW for planning and execution consistency. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in CPG; 5+ years sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Retailer knowledge and ability to influence. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.
