Overview Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Packing Associate for a growing manufacturing company offering full-time hours and a supportive team environment in the Claremont, NC area . - 2nd Shifts
- Monday - Friday - off weekends
- Pay rate range is $17.50/hour

- Package and label finished goods according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules
- Load and unload material rolls for production
- Visually inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards
- Meet production goals and assist with additional duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and a strong teamwork mindset
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Forklift experience is a plus
