Associate Director of Analytics

To advance data accessibility and usage, the full-time Associate Director of Analytics will manage complex analytics initiatives and lead execution on data solutions while working remotely within a collaborative team focused on enhancing enterprise data and AI capabilities. Key responsibilities Develop and execute analytics initiatives and roadmaps to facilitate strategic data use across the organization Manage large-scale analytics and data solution projects, optimizing decision-making efficiency Provide technical guidance and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and fostering a data-driven culture Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of experience in programming and systems design, or equivalent combination Proficiency in building visualizations and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, AWS Quick Sight, or similar BI tools Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams to design and implement technical solutions Strong background in data modeling, data governance principles, and enterprise self-service analytics Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, and data manipulation concepts
