As a CNA at Kirkland Court, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents live with dignity, comfort, and compassion every day.

• Provide quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

• Answer resident call lights promptly.

• Assist with meals, hydration, and mobility.

• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.

• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the nursing team.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
