Strategic Total Rewards & Executive Compensation Manager

Premera

Premera is looking for a Manager, Compensation & Executive Total Rewards to enhance its compensation strategy. You will work closely with leadership to design competitive compensation programs that drive long-term success. The ideal candidate should have at least eight years of HR experience, with five in Total Rewards, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
