Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Position Details Outpatient Physical Therapist – evaluate and treat all assigned patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role supports return to community activities and serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals. Complete accurate and timely medical record documentation. Provide care under signed, valid physician orders within insurance approval. Participate in student programs as assigned, fostering a positive learning environment. Develop and pursue a professional growth plan with clinical management. Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure. Demonstrate awareness of and contribute to the organization’s performance improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed. Schedule This is a 5x8.0 schedule with an ASAP start date.
