Marketing Director/Graphic Designer

Role Description The Marketing Director / Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Winston-Salem, NC. This position is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining all marketing materials for property listings while developing strategies that promote Meridian's brand presence across the Triad. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing print and digital collateral, maintaining web and social media channels, retrieving market data, coordinating sign installations, and providing overall administrative support to brokers and leadership to ensure effective, consistent messaging. Key Responsibilities Collateral & Graphic Design: Design, edit, and maintain internal and external marketing materials, including brochures, site plans, floor plans, property listing sheets, and custom aerials. Commercial Listing Platform Management: Maintain, update, and audit all company property listings across primary commercial real estate platforms, including CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, and regional CRE databases to ensure maximum exposure and accurate data. Data & Research: Retrieve, analyze, and incorporate GIS mapping and demographic data into property marketing materials with high precision. Media & Digital Asset Production: Create advertisements for external publications and produce custom aerial video content for high-profile listings. Signage & Operations Support: Handle custom broker sign requests, coordinate sign creation, installation, and repairs, maintain listing key organization for agents, manage relationships with external vendors, and perform general office duties as needed. Email Marketing: Design, build, target, and schedule email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact. Digital & Social Media Management: Update and maintain the company website via WordPress, manage social media profiles across Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, and write press releases and news posts. Qualifications & Characteristics Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom), Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, and video editing tools (iMovie). Industry & Data Knowledge: Experience leveraging GIS databases, demographic research tools, and commercial real estate listing platforms. Strategic & Sales Mindset: Ability to align marketing collateral with business development goals to support broker sales initiatives. Communication & Detail Orientation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for design consistency and accuracy. Professional Demeanor: Positive attitude, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced team environment. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Previous marketing experience in commercial real estate or professional services is strongly preferred.
