Описание Me&Me — бренд женской одежды, который более 10 лет работает на российском рынке. Мы развиваем собственный интернет-магазин, маркетплейсы и усиливаем маркетинговую команду. Ищем SMM Lead, который возьмёт на себя развитие Instagram как полноценного маркетингового канала бренда. Задачи развивать Instagram бренда и отвечать за его стратегию формировать систему контента: посты, Stories, Reels придумывать идеи и ставить технические задания на охватный видеоконтент упаковывать продукт через сильные заходы, смыслы, преимущества и визуальную подачу самостоятельно создавать часть контента управлять командой из 2 сотрудников ставить задачи, контролировать качество и развивать команду анализировать эффективность контента тестировать новые гипотезы и принимать решения на основе показателей Требования обязательный опыт работы с брендами одежды от 1 года сильный опыт ведения и развития Instagram понимание сферы моды и визуальной подачи продукта умение работать с охватным и продающим контентом опыт работы со Stories, Reels и сторителлингами умение работать с аналитикой и тестировать гипотезы понимание социальных сетей как части общей маркетинговой воронки умение ставить понятные задачи и контролировать результат самостоятельность в принятии решений в рамках своей зоны ответственности инициативность и готовность предлагать новые идеи и гипотезы ответственность за результат направления, а не только за выполнение отдельных задач будет плюсом: опыт управления командой приветствуется знание VK будет преимуществом Условия заработная плата от 100 000 ₽ удалённая работа график 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00 2 сотрудника в подчинении обучение и повышение квалификации за счёт компании скидка на продукцию Me&Me рабочие командировки и участие в проектах бренда возможность профессионального и карьерного роста #J-18808-Ljbffr Дибаева Лилия Наильевна
