Be on time for scheduled shifts (Clock in time 6:38 am/pm, after 6:45 is considered tardy) Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Strong critical thinking skills Minimum 2-3 years or more ICU experience ACLS BLS NIH Stoke Certification Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) MICU & MSICU background IABP exposure CRRT exposure Meditech experience preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) ACTIVE TX RN License – TEMP LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Procedures performed on unit: Chest tubes, trachs, GI scopes Intubations, central lines, art lines NG Tubes, Foley Catherers, Dressing Changes Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible.
