Job Summary and Responsibilities As an Inventory Professional, you will efficiently and accurately manage supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels. Responsibilities Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory, performing counts and reconciling discrepancies Process orders and utilize inventory management systems Restock supplies daily and rotate inventory, generating orders/requisitions as needed Distribute medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas while monitoring par levels to ensure appropriate amounts are maintained Identify excess inventory, return stock, and process credits Notify supervisor of outdated or slow‑moving inventory Participate in the put‑away and validation process of perpetual inventory items, issuing and crediting materials via the inventory management system Maintain clean and orderly stock locations, label bins, and handle requests to change par levels Job Requirements High school graduate or GED with one year of supply chain related experience, or other relevant experience, upon hire Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory software Where You'll Work CHI Health Lakeside is West Omaha's only full-service hospital.
