Senior Web Marketing Manager

Driving the web strategy and roadmap, the full-time Senior Web Marketing Manager will lead high-impact web initiatives to enhance AfterShip.com, optimize conversion rates, and improve discoverability while working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the web strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position Lead major web initiatives from strategy through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, engineering, and product marketing Drive discoverability and organic growth by partnering with SEO/AEO/GEO experts to enhance search performance and connect it to pipeline outcomes Required qualifications Proven experience managing a B2B SaaS marketing website end-to-end with measurable business outcomes Demonstrated ability to lead major web initiatives such as redesigns or technical SEO overhauls Strong background in experimentation and growth, with experience in testing that improved conversion or revenue Technical fluency in HTML/CSS, analytics, and modern web architecture Familiarity with web and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and headless CMS platforms
