Hudson Road Animal Hospital in Woodbury, MN is looking for a Client Services Representative, 32-38 hours per week. Days include Monday through Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month (alternate with Friday). Our ideal team member must have experience in customer service, a friendly personality and enjoy working with people and animals. Positive work ethic, reliability and flexibility are requirements. Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and pet owners
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Greet clients and check them in upon arrival
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and exam rooms
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Educate clients on pet care, including nutrition, grooming, and training
- Maintain accurate records of client information and medical history
Skills :
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in a veterinary setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with medical terms used in veterinary medicine is helpful.
