Director, Production Support Operations - Consumer and Small Banking

Responsibilities Ensures the stability, resiliency, and operational integrity of consumer and small business banking platforms. Leads the transformation of PSO into a proactive, engineering‑led capability. Defines and executes a modern operating model emphasizing observability‑driven insights and self‑healing systems. Eliminates manual operational toil through automation and platform capabilities. Partners closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to embed reliability, security, and resilience in development. Builds and develops high‑performing engineering teams. Identifies and mitigates operational and technology risks through automated controls. Drives innovation and continuous improvement in operational standards and processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology operations Advanced leadership and management experience leading complex technology operations teams Proven proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise risk management Proven track record in strategic planning, technology governance, and leading large, complex operations Experience leading Agile, DevOps, and SRE teams and processes at scale (preferred) Financial services experience, particularly in consumer or small business banking, with a strong understanding of regulatory expectations for operational resilience (e.g., FFIEC, OCC Heightened Standards) (preferred) Hands‑on background as a software engineer, SRE, or platform engineer earlier in career (preferred) Experience applying AI/ML or GenAI to production operations (incident triage, log analysis, automated remediation, knowledge management) (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
