Performs professional-level human resources duties in the areas of recruitment and selection, benefits administration, worker's and unemployment compensation, training and development, employee recognition, and employee relations. Provides support to the Human Resources' team.
Example of Duties
Develops and coordinates hiring processes with managers; provides technical advice with regard to interviewing and hiring; conducts interviews and assists with the selection process.
