Community Association Manager

Company Description Lifetime HOA Management is expanding across Southern California, and we're hiring an experienced Community Association Manager to own a portfolio and help shape how we grow. We're not the biggest firm in Orange County, and that's the point. We're building a California operation from the ground up, which means the person we hire won't be a number in a 900-person org chart. You'll have real ownership of your communities, a direct line to leadership, and a front-row seat as we scale. The managers who join us now are the ones who'll grow into senior roles as we do. What you'll do Run a portfolio of community associations in our Southern California portfolio. That means leading board and annual meetings, building and managing budgets, overseeing vendors and common-area projects, handling CC&R enforcement, staying on top of delinquencies, and being the steady, trusted point of contact your boards and homeowners rely on. You'll work independently, but you won't be on an island. Our finance, administrative, and leadership teams are close and responsive. What we're looking for This role requires prior HOA management experience. We're looking for someone who already knows the rhythm of board packets, reserve studies, and budget season, not someone learning the industry on our communities. Experience years managing community associations in a portfolio setting CMCA, CCAM, or CACM certification (or the ability to earn it shortly after joining) Strong command of budgets, audits, reserve studies, and governing documents Clear, confident written and verbal communication, especially with boards Sharp organization and the judgment to manage competing priorities independently Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability for evening board meetings Comfort with HOA software and technology background Why Lifetime We believe a manager who's stretched across too many communities can't do right by any of them, so we staff portfolios sensibly and back you with a responsive support team.
