This is an onsite position that will split time working in an office setting and visiting job sites. This individual will oversee heavy civil and infrastructure construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, working with field superintendents, overseeing manpower allocation, handling change orders, reviewing takeoffs, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. This person will regularly interface with estimating teams, clients, and agencies such as FDOT while conducting job site visits as needed. The role requires balancing office and field responsibilities and may occasionally require weekend work based on project demands.
