What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM activities
• Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, incentives, and financing options
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process
• Prospect for new business through referrals, repeat customers, and community networking
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience
• Experience using CRM software
• Knowledge of Subaru products and brand values
